Action: Designed and developed a microlesson in Adobe Captivate utilizing advanced actions to create an interactive learning experience to enhance knowledge transfer in an online training environment.
Results: Facilitator soft skills training during onboarding develops a consistent approach for program leaders, one that reflects the spirit and attitude of the empowerment program.
