Context: Stakeholders wished to identify and address the causes of inconsistencies among sales staff in the processing of musical gear and to improve performance in this area.

Action: Following ADDIE methodology, conducted front-end and training needs analyses, and created a design plan and evaluation strategy for developing a blended training course to improve team performance. Designed and developed evaluation instruments to measure trainee reactions, learning outcomes, application observations, and organizational results. 

Results:  Stakeholders were provided with a blueprint for the development of a blended training incorporating specific, achievable, and measurable learning objectives to affect performance improvement among the sales staff.
