Context: Our Multimedia Project Management team was challenged with designing and developing an eLearning course, within the parameters and structure of the project management process.
Action: Our team designed and developed an eLearning tutorial following the project management framework by utilizing key areas such as agendas, meeting minutes, status reports, and quality assurance measures. My specific project roles were developing the storyboard in PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate, creating the style guide and numerous graphic design elements, addressing quality assurance matters, and narrating the tutorial.
Results: Developed and applied the project management process in a collaborative, team-based, multimedia project setting.
