Action: Created a comprehensive tutorial with step-by-step demonstrations and interactive simulations using Adobe Captivate and Audacity which guides the novice software user through the process of launching an online business, from soup to nuts, led by friendly, informal narration that strives to not overwhelm the learner.
Results: Small business owners new to eCommerce will utilize this tutorial to understand, experience, and apply the steps necessary to take their business to the next level.
